Oppizi is seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join their design team. As a Product Designer at Oppizi, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and impactful user experiences for digital products. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design for tech startups
• Solid portfolio showcasing a range of digital design products
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (In English)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience working in an Agile development environment

Responsibilities

• Understand the business context, products, and users to make better design decisions
• Create user-centered and visually appealing designs for our digital products
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on product discovery, defining product requirements, and ensuring design feasibility
• Conduct internal and external user research to understand user needs and gather insights
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and industry best practices
• Promote the learning and sharing of best practices and experiences among the teams to enable continual process improvement
• Improve the company design processes
