Product Designer

Join Pantheon, a leading WebOps platform, as a Product Designer to create exceptional user experiences focused on site health monitoring and insightful data visualization. Requirements

• Strong grasp of interaction patterns
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines in UX design
• Understanding of UX research methods and processes
• Ability to work within a design system to ensure quality and consistency
• Understanding of data visualization and insights
• 1-3 years of experience as an Associate Product Designer or other role involving user interface (UI) design, interaction design, or user research in SaaS/Product companies
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Experience with user research methods conducting user testing, interviews, and surveys

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and launch experiences that transform data into clear, actionable insights for customers
• Conduct user research
• Design user flows
• Create interactive prototypes for new features that help customers monitor and improve their site performance
• Partner with a product manager, engineers, and other stakeholders
