Product Designer

Summary

We're looking for a talented designer to conceptualize and design end-to-end product designs, from sketches to prototypes. You will validate design decisions through research, solve complex problems, and prioritize user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key. Requirements

• Experience owning and driving design solutions for a product
• Strong understanding of design best practices, with the ability to turn complex flows and interactions into simple solutions
• Contributing to our Design System, and contributing to the build of a collaborative and supportive culture within the growing Design team
• Sensitivity to user experience - with an intuition for the user and enthusiasm for testing those assumptions; you will champion user needs and share insights with your product team
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with peers across product and engineering
• An ability to navigate and quickly adapt to fast-moving, innovative environments
• Creative and curious mindset, not afraid to challenge and bring new ideas to the table
• An eye for detail and organisation
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow at Primer alongside likeminded design professionals

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design end-to-end product designs from sketches to fully functional prototypes
• Validate your design decisions through qualitative and quantitative research methods to refine solutions and achieve the best results
• Solve complex problems, thinking from 1st principles - collaborating to drive best possible outcome
• Always putting the user first - making our products simple, easy to use, accessible and pleasing to the eye
• Working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, solutions engineers, CSMs and more
• Crafting best-in-class visuals, working with Figma and modern design tools

This position can be based ANYWHERE in Europe , working remotely 100% of the time
