Requirements

• +3 years of experience in software or digital application construction in a UX/UI Designer and/or Product Designer role
• Online portfolio demonstrating experience in producing Sketches, Wireframes, prototypes, task flows, or relevant designs
• Experience and good practices in Mobile first and Web to Responsive
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Good usability practices
• Experience conducting and interpreting user testing, as well as basic knowledge of UX Research
• Experience in Figma (Variables, components, etc)

Responsibilities

• Design UX within various products: Create and design guides, interactive flows, notifications, and emergent messages using the Pendo platform to improve user experience
• Optimize onboarding: Develop incorporation and training experiences within the application, ensuring new users quickly understand product characteristics and new features
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams: Work alongside product, support, and marketing teams to identify user experience problems and propose effective solutions
• Implement feedback: Collect and analyze user comments to iterate and improve experiences within the application based on qualitative and quantitative data
• Conduct tests and improvements: Execute A/B testing in experiences within the product to evaluate solution effectiveness and make adjustments based on results
• Document and maintain: Document workflows and keep updated guides and processes related to product experience
• Adapt to new features: Stay updated on Pendo's new characteristics and other design tools to leverage them in digital product optimization
• Communicate urgent announcements for user experience
• Analyze user data: Collaborate with analytics teams to review and analyze user behavior within the product using Pendo tools, identifying opportunities for improvement in user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• +1 year of experience in software or digital application construction in a UX/UI Designer and/or Product Designer role
• Online portfolio demonstrating experience in producing Sketches, Wireframes, prototypes, task flows, or relevant designs
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Good usability practices
