Requirements

• +3 years of experience in software or digital application construction as a UX/UI designer and/or Product Designer
• Online portfolio demonstrating experience in producing Sketches, Wireframes, prototypes, task flows, or relevant designs
• Experience and good practices in Mobile first and Web to Responsive design
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Good usability practices
• Experience conducting and interpreting usertesting, as well as basic knowledge of UX Research
• Experience in Figma (Variables, components, etc)

Responsibilities

• Work with the design team to define components and grow our Design System
• Contribute knowledge of good design practices to the team
• Collaborate with PMs, POs, Tech, and designers for project development
• Contribute ideas in ideation and discovery processes
• Solve visual problems of business and user experience
• Care for user experience with basic usability principles
• Design sketches, wireframes & prototypes in high detail
• Collaborate in the creation of usertestings and user research

Preferred Qualifications

• Accept feedback, iterate, and seek continuous improvement of the product and oneself
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with different deadlines, complexity levels, and scope
• Practical knowledge of Design Thinking, User-centered design, or other UX frameworks
• Awareness of best accessibility practices
• Many desires to learn and integrate into a growing design team
