Product Designer

Join Unbounce & Insightly as a Product Designer and collaborate with a talented team to transform the customer journey. You will design innovative marketing and customer relationship tools, taking the design lead on projects across three scrum teams. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, creating design assets, communicating design decisions, and staying current with design trends. The ideal candidate has led design efforts on successful products, dealt with complex problems, developed design guidelines, and collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• Lead the design efforts of successful products and/or features that have achieved high user adoption rates and increased revenue
• Deal with complex, ambiguous problems and work with your team to deliver simple, elegant solutions
• Develop and/or contribute to design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to products and teams
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions aligned with business goals and user needs
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and earn their trust through effective communication and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet product goals and user needs
• Participate in user research and conduct usability testing, gathering feedback to inform design decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design software and tools
• Clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders and work directly with scrum teams to implement solutions
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to Unbounce’s products
• Contribute to and help maintain Unbounce’s Design System

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, you’ve done all of the above in the context of a B2B SaaS product
