Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage strategic, large-scale projects and transformations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of product designers
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement a clear vision and strategy for product design that aligns with the company’s mission and objectives
• Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support, to deliver cohesive and impactful user experiences
• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and decisions effectively to stakeholders and executives
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final delivery
• Ensure the design team produces high-quality deliverables that meet usability, accessibility, and brand standards
