Product Director

Summary

Join our rapidly growing team to make an impact in the fintech space! Aspire is preparing its launch in the US, and we are looking for a Product Director to make Aspire the best all-in-one Finance Platform in the market. The United States as a major strategic market for Aspire, and we expect to be the #1 revenue contributor in the medium term.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment ideally in payments or fintech in the US
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing product teams including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a diverse team
• Proven experience in Product Vision and Strategy, Roadmap definition and release of new product and features. An experience in Strategy Consulting is a big plus
• Demonstrated sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
• Ability to drive negotiations with stakeholders from various levels and departments, to make informed trade-offs
• Data-driven - has the ability to extract insights from raw data and communicate them clearly
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Product Roadmap for the US market and play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy in this region
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in the FinTech market
• Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and improvements based on customer needs, market opportunities, technical feasibility, and business value
• Manage all lifecycle stages from ideation through sunset, and be responsible for ensuring that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged
• Lead a team of engineers and designers to make key improvements to the product

Preferred Qualifications

• Performing a similar role with global exposure, having helped launch a FinTech Product in the US Market
• Previous Founder or Management Consulting experience a plus
