Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience is Customer Service, HR tech systems, or intern/academic experience
  • Intellectually curious and motivated by delivering value to clients
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage professionals at all levels of the HR organization and respond effectively to questions
  • Ability to learn new technologies and comprehend data, with an awareness of the global labor market
  • Highly disciplined with a self-starter mentality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a remote and globally dispersed workforce, with sensitivity to different cultures and backgrounds
  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications from self-directed educational programs

Responsibilities

  • Help clients maximize product value through one-on-one client interactions. This ranges from advising on best practices, demo-ing new features, educating on labor market data, and understanding and addressing client pain points
  • Scope and deliver client-specific projects including building searches, dashboards and workforce research reports that provide actionable insights
  • Develop and deliver scalable training presentations, create high-quality educational resources (guides, videos, FAQs, technical materials)
  • Gather and share feedback from client interactions to continuously improve training materials and enablement strategies
  • Partner with Customer Support, Customer Engagement Managers and Go-To-Market teams to ensure training and educational resources meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Support product enablement strategies that drive product adoption resulting in growth and client retention
