Summary
Join DataGalaxy, a leading data catalog company, as a Consultant in Data & AI Product Portfolio. You will lead platform configuration and adoption for B2B clients, providing best practices and strategic recommendations. Your role spans the customer lifecycle, from pilots to scaling deployments. You will ensure platform configuration aligns with client organizations, combining strategic and operational approaches. This role requires an engineering degree, client-facing experience, and excellent communication skills. DataGalaxy offers a remote-first work environment (France only) with offices in Paris and Lyon.
Requirements
- Have an engineering degree
- Possess excellent analysis skills
- Show a willingness to combine being hands-on with providing strategic recommendations
- Have a first experience in a client-facing role (consulting, business analyst…)
- Have excellent communication skills, verbal & written in English and French
- Be a problem solver, eager to offer the best solutions to fit our clients' needs
- Be highly adaptable and a fast learner driven by the need of continuous self-improvement
- Be curious, have a proactive mindset and like looking for inspiration and shared experiences (market watch, meetups…)
- Like collaboration & want to co-create with the whole team and with the product users
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and adoption of the platform with B2B clients (large enterprises)
- Provide best practices and recommend appropriate approaches & blueprints, making YOOI a must-have tool at the heart of their Data & Analytics strategies and transformation programs
- Span your role over the full customer lifecycle, from running pilots & proof-of-concepts to managing the initial deployment, and to scaling deployment over time
- Ensure the platform's configuration fully fits with our clients' organization
- Define the right approach and design for the deployment and the adoption
- Be a real expert of the platform and be autonomous in its configuration
- Conduct Proof of Concepts, pilots and initial deployments
- Coordinate and initialize the platform configurations
- Help advanced users get setup through trainings and best practices
- Onboard and train users on the configured platform
- Prepare users' tests, capture feedbacks and perform configurations adjustments
- Define and track your clients' goals, priorities, expected results and value using the Product
- Advise your clients on how to optimize product usage, providing solutions to different use cases
- Capture your customers' needs, qualify and prioritize them with our Product team
- Set & monitor adoption and satisfaction metrics, lead actions to improve customer satisfaction
- Engage and create intimacy with your clients to strengthen the partnership and detect growth opportunities

Have other languages (besides English and French)
