Product Expert

Summary

Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a Product Expert for Veeva Vault Regulatory Information Management (RIM) products in Europe. You will be a key member of the European and global Product Expert teams, advocating for customer needs and European regulations to shape the product roadmap. Responsibilities include acting as a product evangelist, gathering customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams, and creating valuable resources. This role requires 5+ years of regulatory industry experience in life sciences, experience with RIM applications, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in the office and requires up to 15% travel within Europe.

Requirements

• 5+ years within the regulatory industry for life sciences
• Experience in using and/or implementing RIM applications and processes
• Ability to understand customer business requirements and to translate them to technical product requirements, preferences, and limitations – communicated to both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in interacting with customers from business users, IT departments, and executive suite, as well as internal teams, both in-person and remote
• Strong analytical skills and English skills (written, verbal, and formal presentations)
• Self-directed team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
• Based in Europe (with the ability to work across time zones)

Responsibilities

• Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for the Vault RIM products
• Stay up to date with the latest features and roadmap direction, and engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product capabilities and vision
• Share product information and best practices and educate customers on our Vault RIM applications through customer meetings and online communities
• Be the customer advocate for future product innovations. Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback and product gaps and incorporate these insights into release planning and the roadmap strategy
• Collaborate with Product teams across Veeva Vault applications to deliver valuable resources for product and release communication
• Provide cross-functional support to internal teams, including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support

Preferred Qualifications

• Veeva Vault Product experience
• Fluency in another European language
• Experience performing software demonstrations and creating engaging videos
