Summary

Heidi is hiring a Product Intern to support the execution of their product strategy and help build AI tools for clinicians. The intern will work with product managers, conduct market research, contribute innovative ideas, and assist in various stages of product development.

Requirements

Under-grad or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or in a medical field

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with product managers to conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for product features and improvements
• Support the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including testing and quality assurance
• Create and maintain product documentation, such as user guides and release notes
• Help monitor and analyse product performance metrics and user feedback
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
