Tech & Product Intern

Summary

Amp, a leading sonic branding company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product & Tech intern to join their dynamic product team for 6 months. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop product roadmaps, conduct user research, assist in project management, and more.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Science or a related field
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for a duration of 6 months

Responsibilities

• Work closely with production, creative, research, and development teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
• Collaborate with the product team to develop product roadmaps and timelines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation of new product features
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize product features
• Conduct user research, including testing and feedback analysis, to identify areas for product improvement and inform the development of user-centered enhancements
• Assist in tracking project progress and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Help manage project documentation and communication with team members
• Support product launches through coordinating marketing assets and training materials
• Track and analyze post-launch performance, gathering user feedback to inform future iterations
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance product management efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of Data analysis
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus
