Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role within a technology company
  • Demonstrated experience in managing product launches or similar complex projects
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing risks and challenges

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, detailing key milestones, deliverables, and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and other departments to align on launch objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee the launch readiness of all relevant departments, ensuring that product documentation, marketing materials, training resources, and support tools are fully prepared before the product goes live
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the success of the product launch. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges
  • Act as the primary point of communication for all product launch activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring that everyone is informed of progress and potential issues
  • Lead post-launch assessments to measure the success of the product launch, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future launches
  • Continuously refine launch processes based on feedback and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in future launches
