Summary

Join Assured as a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. Work cross-functionally to drive the success of our products from ideation to launch and beyond. Define the product roadmap, manage the product lifecycle, partner with engineering and design, use data to inform decisions, foster innovation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing products through the full lifecycle in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to define product vision and strategy while also focusing on execution and delivery
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, enabling you to work closely with engineering teams
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed product decisions
• Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional product experiences
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing improvements
• Partner with engineering and design to ensure seamless product development and delivery
• Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritize features that drive user engagement and revenue
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuously looking for ways to improve the product experience
• Clearly articulate the product vision, strategy, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders
