Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing product teams, driving product strategy, and delivering successful products to market
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • A visionary mindset with the ability to think strategically and anticipate future market needs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to overcome challenges
  • Experience working with products with large amounts of data

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, to define and execute product strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers & UX Designer, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases for the entire product portfolio
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring that product releases are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards
  • User Experience: Champion an exceptional user experience by working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver intuitive and user-friendly product features
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for the product portfolio
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor product performance, measure KPIs, and make informed decisions to drive product enhancements and portfolio growth
  • Act as a strong advocate for customers, ensuring that their needs and feedback are integrated into the product development process
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to product development and launches
  • Develop and deliver product training programs for internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure a deep understanding of the entire product portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing MarTech/AdTech products
  • Understanding of the Search landscape
