Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, focusing on subscription / SaaS products in the startup environment
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to a variety of audiences
- Startup Experience: Proven track record of successfully taking subscription / SaaS products from 0 to scale, including creativity, development, and launch
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading product teams as an IC, with a strong ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Customer-centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Self-starter: Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude who can lay the foundations of a future Enterprise org as we grow
- Collaborative: Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our enterprise product portfolio, aligning with company goals and market needs
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation, design, development, and launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and execution
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure our products deliver exceptional value and user experience
- Utilize your technical background to make informed decisions about product architecture, technology stacks, and integration strategies
