Join You.com as we seek an experienced Head of Mobile Products to lead the development and execution of our mobile app strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, focusing on mobile app development in a startup environment
- Proven track record of successfully taking mobile apps from 0 to scale, including creativity, development, and launch
- Proficiency in mobile development technologies and frameworks. Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to a variety of audiences
- Demonstrated experience in leading product teams as an IC, with a strong ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude who can lay the foundations of a future much larger mobile org as we grow
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our mobile apps, aligning with company goals and market needs
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation, design, development, and launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and execution
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure our products deliver exceptional value and user experience
- Utilize your technical background to make informed decisions about product architecture, technology stacks, and integration strategies
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
