Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Human Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, content design, UX writing, or related roles, ideally within the fintech and/or startup setting
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product and content design for consumer-facing financial products

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, conversion-optimized experiences that explain complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Shape how we communicate across product touchpoints—UI, email, help center, video, phone scripts, and beyond
  • Own flows end-to-end, collaborating closely with other designers and cross-functional partners
  • Drive clarity across the full experience—from information architecture to interaction details to microcopy
  • Employ user interviews, A/B testing, and behavioral data to inform and iterate on design and messaging decisions
  • Help establish systems and processes that make great communication scalable

  • In addition, all employees will receive 4 weeks of fully paid transition time. For four weeks after returning from parental leave, and following the use of all other paid leave benefits, you may work part-time, meaning two or three days per week, and receive 100% of regular base pay
