Requirements

• Enjoy talking to customers

• Be comfortable being scrutinized on not only the content but the clarity of your writing week over week
• Like working with data or math

• Be based in the United States
• Have an overlap of 5 hours with the PST (UTC-8) timezone

Responsibilities

• Spend your first week speaking to as many customers as possible
• Build empathy for our worker/workplace user base
• Carve out some time to write investment memos about any ideas you might have to solve their burning problems
• Continue figuring out how we can improve the experience for our customers
• Actively seek out problems for customers and dig into any underlying issues
• Use your judgment to bring clarity to it
