Product Management Lead

Summary

Join our team as a Product Management Lead and define the product strategy, enhance supplier experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the supply side of our marketplace is robust, efficient, and capable of meeting the demands of the platform’s users.

Requirements

• You have at least 7 years of experience as a Product Manager and at least 2 years of experience at a Senior Product Manager or higher level, managing direct reports
• You are experienced with online marketplaces and eCommerce platforms, preferably with business seller tools, APIs, integration partners, product data catalog, and user interfaces
• You have the business mindset to develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth and supplier satisfaction
• You are familiar with product development processes, particularly agile methodologies, and are able to iterate, test, and learn in the journey to deliver customer value
• You are comfortable getting into the technical details and also understand the implication of technical decisions on our customers and the business overall
• You make decisions and measure success through data, analysing quantitative and qualitative data and metrics to derive opportunities, gaps, and solutions, prioritizing accordingly
• You are customer-focused, keeping our suppliers at the centre of what you do, engaging directly with suppliers and our user research team to bring the voice of the customer into product decisions

Responsibilities

• Develop the long-term Product vision and strategy for how suppliers onboard, operate and grow on our platform, collaborating with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and VP of Supply, as well as other leaders across the company
• Lead a team of Product Managers, inspiring them, coaching them, partnering on their development, and empowering them to take ownership
• Collaborate with User Researchers and Designers on the seller experience for our web-based tools
• Collaborate with Engineering leaders on technical design and architecture, partnering on discovery and delivery of features and projects which drive supplier and business outcomes
• Work with the Product leadership team and the Supply team to ensure that supply capabilities align with customer needs to create a healthy marketplace
• Implement and monitor KPIs and business metrics related to product supply performance and quality using tools such as GA4 and Looker
• Represent your product area and team when collaborating with internal teams (Legal, Supply, Finance, Strategy) and external supplier and integration partners
• Drive the OKR process for your team from ideation to completion of OKRs
