Requirements

• Accounting Expertise: Strong foundation in accounting principles (CPA or equivalent experience preferred)
• SaaS Experience: Proven success in SaaS product management or transferable skills from related roles, with 5+ years in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strategic Vision: Ability to think big-picture while managing the details
• Customer Empathy: A deep understanding of user pain points and a passion for crafting intuitive solutions
• Design Collaboration: Enthusiasm for partnering with design teams to create user-centric, visually compelling products
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs, metrics, and iterative improvements
• Agile Enthusiasm: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools to drive efficient product development cycles
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders through clear and persuasive communication
• Creative Problem-Solving: A track record of navigating ambiguity with innovative thinking

Responsibilities

• Define and Drive the Roadmap: Own the end-to-end accounting product strategy, aligning it with customer needs and company goals
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure seamless product development and delivery
• Champion the User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, user-friendly design by collaborating closely with the Design team
• Empower Decision-Making: Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize features, address technical debt, and measure success through KPIs
• Deliver Innovation: Transform complex accounting challenges into simple, scalable solutions that delight our customers
• Facilitate Communication: Act as the central point of contact for product-related updates and ensure alignment across all stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of restaurant accounting is a huge plus
• Experience scaling products in growth-phase companies is highly desirable
