Product Manager

You will develop expertise within one of three integrated product teams (frontend, backend, and product owner), eventually aiming to become the product owner. Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of how software products are built and ideally, of programming languages
• 2+ years experience as a product manager in a software context
• Strong first-principles reasoning skills and open-mindedness
• Ability to identify what is important and prioritize several competing priorities
• Exceptional analytical skills: Expert at Excel, SQL, or both
• Natural curiosity to develop multi-disciplinary skills and constantly explore problems from multiple angles
• Demonstrable leadership potential and high levels of emotional intelligence
• An ability to communicate effectively, tailoring communications for various contexts and personalities

Responsibilities

• Integrate usability studies, competitive research, and market analysis into product requirements
• Synthesize customer feedback and user interviews with internal roadmaps and strategies to develop winning product strategies
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products to share with the broader team
• Coordinate new product launches across teams
• Provide project management assistance to the engineering team
• Triage user issues, working across teams to build understanding and present solutions
