Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the Product function for the core products
  • Conduct discovery activities to formulate a customer-centric product roadmap, prioritising features that deliver maximum value
  • Align stakeholders and build a clear roadmap, maintaining focus on optimizing and validating paths to realize the product vision
  • Develop an outcomes-driven product strategy aligning with the company vision and current business needs
  • Prioritize both important, non-urgent and important, urgent tasks to achieve strategic goals
  • Drive results that align business, product, and partner strategies, collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams for rapid interaction
  • Expedite merchant bugs by seamlessly integrating features and addressing their requests through effective feedback mechanisms
  • Design discovery and delivery plans for efficient learning and iteration, minimizing development time
  • Understand merchant needs and how product features impact their business beyond Loop's context
  • Act as the product expert, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver user value
  • Foster a product management culture by engaging with stakeholders, educating the team on their needs, and elevating awareness to solve problems
  • Demonstrate empathy and curiosity in addressing complex issues, showcasing a genuine interest in solving problems for users
