Summary

Aptos is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of their developer platform product. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of creating revenue-generating products. The base salary range for this position is $173,800-$222,574.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 5+ years of product management experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing developer and enterprise products
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working on technical products and platforms. You should be comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams on highly-technical designs and products
• Deep knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and applications is highly preferred
• Ability to set the pace, motivate peers and stakeholders, and drive projects forward
• Commercial mindset, with a proven track record of creating revenue-generating products

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our developer platform product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, partnerships, and marketing to drive product success and alignment
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
• Prioritize and manage product features and the product roadmap based on customer & stakeholder feedback, company goals, and technical constraints
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive product adoption
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and customer satisfaction to continuously improve and optimize the product
• Define and execute on a commercial strategy for our developer platform product
