Product Manager

Summary

The Product Manager, Business Systems is responsible for evaluating, prioritizing, designing, and delivering technology enhancements for Aria's custom business systems. The primary focus is on the Salesforce system and its integrations with other applications. This position requires a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, and 5+ years as a Product Manager, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, or Consultant in a customer-facing role.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
• 5+ years Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, General Configuration, Flows, Lightning)
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Solution Architect, Business Analyst or Consultant in a customer-facing role

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, prioritize, estimate, design, and deliver technology enhancements for custom business systems
• Improve internal workflows, support new and changing business needs, and maintain system functionality
• Manage incoming change requests, review existing processes and systems, recommend solutions, work with the development team, complete system configuration, document enhancements, provide training, and become a subject matter expert on Aria's Salesforce data model

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Consultant
• Preferred experience designing Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications & databases
• Understanding of technical capabilities of Flows, Salesforce configuration, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, and APEX Triggers (development skills not required)
• Preferred experience in Financial Services/Insurance and/or Healthcare/Life Sciences
