Summary
Join Branch's growing product and engineering team in India and contribute to the development and improvement of its financial services products. As a Product Manager, you will participate in the entire product lifecycle, from research and specification to delivery. Collaborate closely with engineering and operational teams to address bugs, define requirements, and set milestones. You will also manage partnerships with third-party vendors and leverage data insights to guide team strategy and project prioritization. The role demands strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work effectively with remote teams. Responsibilities
- Participate and assist in the lifecycle of development for key areas of the Branch product. This encompasses everything from researching new features and creating detailed specs to managing the teamβs workflow and shipping deliverables on time
- Work closely with our engineering and operational teams to triage bugs, define requirements, and set high-level quarterly milestones
- Evaluate, initiate, and manage partnerships with third-party vendors to help Branch achieve our product roadmap
- Draw insights from user research, experiments, and industry trends to set the team strategy and prioritize projects that sustainably grow our customer base and drive the adoption of new products
- Set ambitious goals for yourself and our team. Manage workflow to ship deliverables on time
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of product management experience
- Experience with Fintech industry would be good, but not a must-have
