Product Manager

Summary

Join CoinsPaid, a leading crypto payment solutions provider, as a Product Manager to spearhead the development of their Crypto Aggregator. You will be responsible for prioritizing and developing requests from various teams, ensuring seamless integration between the crypto ecosystem and liquidity providers. This role involves strategic planning, product roadmap development, close collaboration with development and testing teams, market monitoring, and clear communication of business value to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in the crypto, payments or fintech domain
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, including experience in guiding projects from concept to delivery and coordinating across various stages of development
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and various internal departments, to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables
• Skilled in evaluating and prioritizing requests from multiple teams, balancing competing needs, and making data-driven decisions to deliver the most impactful components
• Strong analytical skills to assess system requirements and user workflows, with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and roadmap execution
• Knowledge of Centralized Exchanges (CEX) and familiarity with Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) and their principles of operation will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Participation in strategic planning and goals of the product line in the area of crypto services development
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including priorities and timelines
• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure the successful implementation of product tasks
• Monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and enhancements
• Describes and validates the business logic of solutions
• Understands the delivered value, and has a clear understanding of the ecosystem in which the service operates
• Identify and address problems promptly to ensure smooth product development
• Clearly and concisely communicate the business value of solutions to the team and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in creating and managing products in the FinTech, Crypto or B2B space
• Knowledge of exchange operations: Understands how exchanges work, including order books, order execution, liquidity management, risk management, and hedging strategies
• Experience in technical projects and a focus on backend development, with no interface work, will be a plus
• Understanding of working with the acquiring / payment processing
• Understanding compliance requirements: knowledge of regulatory requirements for reporting and financial control
• Data analysis and BI tools: skills in working with business intelligence tools and building reports
