Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and immerse yourself in customer needs to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities
• Drive the development of impactful product initiatives that align with our long-term business strategy and help our customers succeed
• Make strategic product decisions, and take ownership of their outcomes
• Assess and adjust product strategies regularly to stay aligned with market conditions and company goals
• Use strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and incorporate them into product development
• Foster an environment of innovation and encourage risk-taking within the product team to explore new solutions
• Lead the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable product features on time
• Oversee product discovery, user research, product requirements, and strategic planning for product releases
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Develop and implement methodologies for data-driven decision-making, including hypothesis-driven work
• Lead cross-functional communication, keeping all stakeholders aligned and engaged throughout the product lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working on a mobile-first product
• Have at least 3 years of Product Manager experience
