Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within a SaaS or tech startup environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, UX/UI design principles, and agile methodologies
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to product development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a knack for inspiring and aligning teams

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and trends
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize features and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features on time
• Create user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria, ensuring a clear understanding of deliverables
• Drive minimum viable product planning and incremental improvements based on user feedback and metrics
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, pain points, and requests to inform product iterations
• Use data-driven insights to validate assumptions and continuously refine the product
• Ensure a seamless user experience by prioritizing usability and functionality
• Act as a bridge between departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams
• Prepare and present product updates to stakeholders, including leadership, sales, marketing, and customer support teams
• Define and track product KPIs, leveraging analytics tools to assess feature success and impact
• Identify and troubleshoot product issues, optimize user flows, and ensure product quality
