Product Manager

Summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Blockchain Product Manager to drive the development and execution of blockchain-based products. The role involves conducting market research, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and more. Ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or related field, proven experience as a Product Manager, deep understanding of blockchain technology, strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency ecosystems, and decentralized applications (dApps)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the blockchain space is a plus
• Passion for innovation and driving positive change through technology

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain-based products and services
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements
• Define clear and concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead the product development process from concept to launch
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry developments, and best practices in blockchain
