Product Manager

Summary

Dealfront is seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to manage internal data and align product development with business objectives. The role requires technical skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools, and offers a dynamic international work environment, mental health support, remote work, flexible hours, and annual company retreats.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management
• Technical academic background, ideally Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in Product Management, including experience with data analytics
• Strong analytical skills, with a history of leveraging data to inform product decisions and improve performance
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Python, SQL, and advanced data visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategy for internal data analytics solutions
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and the needs of the teams and internal stakeholders
• Create specifications for our various data pipelines supporting marketing, sales, finance, product, data science and more
• Support the bizops and data engineering teams during implementation and coordinate the organisation wide rollout
• Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and successful launches
