Summary
Join the SOPHiA GENETICS Application Product Management Team as a Senior Manager/Associate Director for our Solid Tumour portfolio. You will globally own the complete lifecycle of products within our Solid Tumour portfolio, combining technical and commercial abilities to ensure product growth. Ideally, you will be in proximity to our Switzerland (Rolle) or US (Boston) Corporate offices on a hybrid work-schedule, however suitably qualified candidates can be considered on a remote basis across EU5 or the US-North East. The role requires 4-6 years of experience in product management, direct knowledge of Oncology Diagnostic Applications, and strong commercial acumen. A BSc, MSc, or PhD in a relevant field is required. SOPHiA GENETICS offers a comprehensive benefits package that varies internationally.
Requirements
- 4-6 Years experience within Product Management
- Direct knowledge of Oncology Diagnostic Applications is critical, and previous experience within Solid Tumour applications is advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen, with past experience in market analysis and financial forecasting
- BSc, MSc or PhD in a relevant field such as Genetics, Molecular Biology, Oncology or similar
Responsibilities
- Act as a true champion and owner of your products in our Oncology Solid Tumour Application portfolio
- Total lifecycle management β From inception, through development and review and onto sunsetting for multiple product lines
- Commercial ownership β Pricing structure, Market analysis, product delivery models and financial forecasting
- Act as the central control hub between Sales, Marketing, Product Development and all others involved in the lifecycle and deployment of the portfolio
- Partner closely with our Clinical Sales and BioPharma Diagnostics teams to help build and develop and commercial product portfolio that meets customer demands
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical application knowledge of the NGS workflow highly beneficial
