Summary

Devexperts is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the frontend development of their trading platform - DXtrade. The role involves leading the development and enhancement of the web-based trading interface and mobile apps, gathering and documenting product requirements, overseeing the product lifecycle, championing exceptional user experiences, utilizing market insights for adaptation, conducting analysis and optimization, and possessing a strong qualification set.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record as a Product Manager, with extensive experience in frontend development of trading platforms within the FX, CFD, or Crypto sectors
• Exceptional understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and brokerage operations, particularly in the context of frontend trading platforms
• Solid grasp of User Experience (UX) principles and methodologies, with demonstrated experience in optimizing user interfaces and workflows
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Agile development methodologies
• Technical acumen and familiarity with software development processes, coupled with accomplished project management skills capable of managing concurrent tasks and projects effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of our web-based trading interface and mobile apps
• Work closely with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks
• Gather and document product requirements specific to frontend functionalities
• Perform thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion
• Oversee the trader facing experience, from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch analysis
• Champion exceptional user experiences by providing valuable input on design decisions, usability, and user interface considerations
• Collaborate closely with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of performance, security, and reliability in our frontend products
