Product Manager - Payouts

Summary

Join dLocal, a global payments company, and become a Senior Product Manager for the high-impact Payouts team. Lead the strategy and execution of systems dispersing funds to millions of users worldwide. Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations teams, and external financial institutions. Define the payouts platform's roadmap, ensuring customer and business outcomes. Analyze data to improve the product and inspire product excellence within the team. This role requires a strong product background, deep understanding of payment flows, and experience in a fintech company. The position is based in Argentina, Brazil, or Uruguay, requiring fluency in English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Experience as a PM in a fintech company
• Live in Argentina, Brazil or Uruguay
• Fluent in english and spanish

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define the strategy and roadmap for the payouts platform, evangelizing it across development teams and the broader organization
• Execute that vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap delivers clear outcomes for our customers and the business
• Analyze and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product
• Be working with people from all around the globe, in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
• Inspire other members of the Product team, helping shape the culture and standards of product excellence
• Own and drive the product roadmap for global payouts, including disbursement engines, banking integrations, reverse payouts, and internal tools
• Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure payouts are delivered timely, securely, and in full regulatory alignment
• Work with external financial institutions to expand payout capabilities across new geographies and payment methods
