Requirements

  • Experience in creating, implementing, and optimizing advertising products
  • Familiarity with Ads Technology platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems, such as programmatic ads, direct sales, and ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager)
  • Understanding of web and mobile app development processes
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and optimize ad revenue strategies
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to digital advertising (e.g., CPM, CPC, CTR, viewability rates)
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for managing cross-functional projects
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines across multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for digital advertising products across desktop, mobile web, and mobile apps
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to innovate advertising solutions that align with business goals
  • Balance revenue generation goals with maintaining a user-friendly experience for the audience
  • Drive strategies to maximize ad revenue through innovative product features and optimized delivery
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create scalable, advertiser-friendly products
  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, fill rate) and take action to improve them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web-based ad technologies
  • Understanding of mobile app frameworks and their integration with ad tech (e.g., SDKs for iOS and Android)
  • Data analytics skills using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to work with APIs and understand their role in ad delivery
