Product Manager

Summary

Join FacilityONE, a software company focused on providing solutions for managing physical environments, as a Product Manager. You will be a key member of the product development team, translating strategic initiatives into product changes. This role involves liaising between customers and the development team, defining product requirements, and collaborating with architects and engineers. As a Product Manager, you will be a product expert, communicating its value and capabilities, and contributing to long-term strategic planning. You will participate in defining the product vision, conducting market research, and driving product growth and customer satisfaction. Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent
• Experience with writing business requirements and technical requirements
• Strong ability to influence, facilitate, and collaborate with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people
• Strong organizational and project/process management skills
• Ability to stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform long-term product strategy
• Experience creating product roadmaps and making strategic product decisions including prioritization and resource allocation

Responsibilities

• Defining and managing product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals, identifying new opportunities to drive growth and innovation
• Creating and managing a product roadmap based on the overall product vision and strategy
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful launch and market adoption of new products and features
• Continuously monitoring the product’s performance and gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders, using data-driven insights to make decisions and prioritize product improvements and features
• Leading product release plans and setting the expectation for delivery of new functionalities and improvements
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
• Anticipating industry shifts and emerging technologies to develop a long-term product strategy that positions the company as a leader in the market
• Making strategic decisions about resource allocation and product feature prioritization to maximize business impact
