Product Manager

Summary

Join Finley, an all-in-one debt capital management platform, as a Product Manager. You will be responsible for designing, building, and testing a structured finance software platform, working with the team to design, product manage, and test early features. You will become an expert on structured finance and help grow the Finley team. This role requires 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a B2B SaaS company, domain expertise in fintech or enterprise software, and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, collaborator, systems thinker, and team-builder.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Product Manager at B2B SaaS company
• Domain expertise in fintech or enterprise software
• Strong leadership, planning, and collaboration skills
• Ability to scope, monitor, and follow up on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience shipping high-quality products even when there are many tradeoffs to consider
• High level of clarity in articulating product requirements to different stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Help conceptualize and build the first lender-borrower relationship platform for the debt capital markets
• Work with the team to design, product manage, and test early features for the Finley system
• Become an expert on structured finance and the ways in which technology can bring standardization to a field accustomed to legacy solutions
• Help grow the Finley team by helping interview job candidates, mentor new engineers, and document standard operating procedures
