Summary

The job is for a remote Product Manager position at Grafana Labs in Germany. The role involves developing a product vision, owning the roadmap, market research, and collaborating with Grafana leadership. The Product Manager will work on improving Grafana's sharing capabilities, query library, and tools like Correlations.

Requirements

• Experience shipping B2B SaaS software to customers

Responsibilities

• Develop a vision and strategy for your product domain
• Own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research
• Collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals
• Be the primary advocate and expert in your area
• Improve Grafana’s sharing and export capabilities
• Help users share queries internally across an organization by creating a query library
• Improve tools like Correlations that help users link from one kind of data to another
• Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
• Empathize with customer problems in order to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
• Cure and properly represent user feedback to Engineering
• Work closely with Product Marketing to explain our tracing platform’s unique differentiation to Go-To-Market teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Growth product management: measurement, experimentation, and multivariate testing
• Experience operating or using Grafana Labs open source projects or products
• Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies
• Experience with products offered both via SaaS and self-managed

Benefits

• Base compensation range: EUR 80,752 - EUR 96,902. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process
