Summary

Join Instrumentl, a hypergrowth YC-backed startup helping nonprofits with grant discovery and management, as a Senior Growth Product Manager. Lead key growth initiatives, optimize product features, user journeys, and leverage product insights to unlock growth. Report directly to the Head of Growth. The role is fully distributed but based in the continental US.

Responsibilities

Lead key growth initiatives with a focus on optimizing product features, user journeys, and leveraging product insights to unlock growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in (or founding!) early-stage startups
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to wear many hats
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising or grants
• Experience working remotely
