Summary

Join Hightouch as a Product Manager and lead the Control Plane team, responsible for foundational features across the Hightouch product suite. You will craft core building blocks used by enterprise customers, tackling challenges in core workflows, administration, and other foundational areas. This role owns the roadmap for solving platform-wide problems, enabling Hightouch to service enterprise customers at scale. You will drive 0-1 discovery, strategy, roadmapping, and execution across the Control Plane portfolio, ensuring both product adoption and go-to-market success. This high-visibility role involves frequent customer presentations and solutioning enterprise challenges. You will be part of a world-class Product team known for innovation and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Craft the foundational building blocks used every day by our enterprise customers to operate and deploy Hightouch across their organization
  • Work on some of our hardest platform challenges, like problems related to: Core Workflows: managing core resources, environments, navigation, notifications, lineage
  • Administration: roles & permissions, workspace structure, reporting, security & compliance
  • Other Foundations: 3rd party extensions, internal tooling, APIs, billing
  • Drive 0-1 discovery, strategy, roadmapping, and execution across the entire Control Plane portfolio
  • Be fully accountable for both product adoption and go-to-market success
  • Present frequently to customers and help solution the challenges of our large enterprise customers
