Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or above) in science and engineering; Computer Science or related fields are preferred
• Demonstrate strong execution, teamwork, and communication skills, along with a keen ability to learn and handle pressure
• Demonstrate active thinking, proficiency in product design, and a deep understanding of products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design of HoYoverse's account system
• Responsible for data analysis and effect tracking after product launch. Continuously optimize the product and improve user experience
• Promote product R&D and operation; coordinate resources and collaborate closely with operations, design, development and testing team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product key nodes

Preferred Qualifications

Have a certain understanding of the technical interaction principles between systems, knowledge with the common methods and schemes of SDK system design is preferred
