Summary
Join HubSpot's Product team as a Group Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for the Partner product group. This role focuses on accelerating partner success by developing products and capabilities that support prospecting, marketing, upsell, cross-sell, shared selling, services, rewards, and growth. You will lead a team of PMs responsible for critical products and features, driving partner-influenced revenue and growth. The ideal candidate is a seasoned product leader with a passion for partners and ecosystems, experience solving for partners, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing product teams. You will be at the forefront of AI initiatives to enhance partner programs and improve operational processes. This is a crucial role in HubSpot's long-term strategy, ensuring internal users have the tools to succeed and drive growth through the partner network.
Requirements
- A passion for building exemplary partner or ecosystem products
- Experience working with internal stakeholders, go-to-market teams and partner ecosystems (from solution to app partners)
- A proven track record of building and leading diverse and inclusive product management teams as a people manager (hiring, performance management, coaching of Product Managers)
- Ability to form deep partnerships with key stakeholders
- A deep focus on understanding our partners and making their experience personalized and better
- Implemented new ways of integrating AI into everyday processes and products that drive efficiency and create value
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the willingness to defend your ideas to key stakeholders
- Data-driven orientation and growth mindset
- Healthy technical and interpersonal problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
- Ability to build trust, respect, and empathy, and to foster a sense of team and mission
- Desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Someone who can add to the culture of the product team and cares about diversity, inclusion, and belonging
Responsibilities
- Activate, enable, and retain HubSpot's Partners to win customers and drive revenue
- Drive partner-influenced revenue and growth through products that support in prospecting, marketing, upsell, and cross-sell
- Develop partner-facing products and capabilities for shared selling, services, rewards, and growth
- Drive AI initiatives to grow partner programs from acquisition to onboarding, growth, selling and servicing - focusing on self-serve, intelligence and automation
- Improve operational processes and collaboration with internal stakeholders like Partner Ops & Strategy

- Annual Cash Compensation Range: $224,790 β $359,664 USD
