Product Manager

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience product management experience in a technical/development environment
• Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM), Practice Management, and EHR systems
• Expertise in using SQL to identify and quantify issues
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/SCRUM project management concepts
• Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and complex problems
• Excellent prioritization, logical deduction and organizational skills
• Ability to innovate in a fast-growing work environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player
• Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain early-stage development processes and create the first comprehensive product roadmap balancing client perspective, technical considerations, and company goals
• Collaborate with our development partner customers, internal customer success teams, and other Product Management teams to convert business requirements into execution-ready technical requirements
• Work in partnership with Engineering Managers to ensure successful delivery of product implementation, feature development, and ongoing product research artifacts
• Interpret customer requirements, understanding the operational and technical complexity involved, and articulate a clear narrative around the product development process
• Take ownership of a fast-growing product backlog, ensuring work is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy
• Develop trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders such as customer-facing implementation and account management teams
• Effectively communicate internally and externally to keep stakeholders well-informed about ongoing efforts, including items not currently prioritized
• Identify roadblocks to success and efficiency, proactively working to remove them in order to shorten feedback loops and enhance our collective ability to solve customer problems
• Escalate issues and risks to management in a timely manner and develop appropriate mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epic preferred
• Hands on experience in creating data visualizations in Amazon QuickSight or equivalent tools preferred
