Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience product management experience in a technical/development environment
- Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM), Practice Management, and EHR systems
- Expertise in using SQL to identify and quantify issues
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/SCRUM project management concepts
- Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and complex problems
- Excellent prioritization, logical deduction and organizational skills
- Ability to innovate in a fast-growing work environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player
- Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment of a startup

Responsibilities
- Maintain early-stage development processes and create the first comprehensive product roadmap balancing client perspective, technical considerations, and company goals
- Collaborate with our development partner customers, internal customer success teams, and other Product Management teams to convert business requirements into execution-ready technical requirements
- Work in partnership with Engineering Managers to ensure successful delivery of product implementation, feature development, and ongoing product research artifacts
- Interpret customer requirements, understanding the operational and technical complexity involved, and articulate a clear narrative around the product development process
- Take ownership of a fast-growing product backlog, ensuring work is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product strategy
- Develop trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders such as customer-facing implementation and account management teams
- Effectively communicate internally and externally to keep stakeholders well-informed about ongoing efforts, including items not currently prioritized
- Identify roadblocks to success and efficiency, proactively working to remove them in order to shorten feedback loops and enhance our collective ability to solve customer problems
- Escalate issues and risks to management in a timely manner and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Hands on experience in creating data visualizations in Amazon QuickSight or equivalent tools preferred
