Summary

k-ID is seeking a Product Manager to drive product development and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technology and user needs, and at least 5 years of experience in product management in the tech industry. Preferred candidates have an MBA or additional experience in the gaming domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5 years of experience in product management in tech industry
• Proven track record of successful product launches and iterations
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Basic understanding of UX principles and software development processes

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-Founders and senior management to define product vision and strategy
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Translate customer needs and market insights into detailed product requirements and use cases
• Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies and supporting marketing collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement resources
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Work closely with the customer success team to gather user feedback and prioritize product enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience in the specific domain of our company (e.g., Gaming)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience with product strategy and roadmap development
• Strong technical background or ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Track record of mentoring junior product managers
• Public speaking or thought leadership in product management
