Product Manager

Summary

Join Linear, a fully remote company building a world-class issue tracking and project management tool, as a Senior Product Manager. You will lead product development from conception to rollout, owning the process end-to-end. This role requires strong collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to create a product customers love. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of software industry experience, including product management and/or engineering leadership, and demonstrates exceptional product judgment and systems thinking. Requirements

• 6+ years experience in the software industry
• Previous experience in product management and/or engineering leadership roles
• Exceptional product and operational judgment
• Strong root-cause and systems thinking

Responsibilities

• Perform up-front discovery through user interviews, competitive research, data analysis, etc. and present findings to the team with conviction and rigor
• Help engineers and designers deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make great product decisions
• Craft messaging around upcoming features that resonates with users
• Enable sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate with and win with customers
