Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a product owner or product manager, with a focus on SaaS-based products
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing backlogs, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with development and UX teams to refine and prioritize work development

Responsibilities

  • Use creative methods to identify compelling, differentiated solutions that effectively address customer needs, align with the business, and drive innovation
  • Define and drive the product roadmap by defining and prioritizing capabilities and features that align with the business goals and user’s needs
  • Effectively manage team backlogs by prioritizing across different categories of work (such as bugs, enhancements, innovation, etc.) and leading through the traditional scrum ceremonies including grooming and sprint planning
  • Serve as a market expert and voice of the customer by regularly interacting with customers, deeply understanding their challenges and leading discovery efforts to ensure our solution effectively meets the needs of themarket
  • Collaborate extensively with the LINQ District and State Nutrition Product Team and across various business units (including Engineering, QA, Sales, Support, Client Success, Implementation, UX, and more) to ensure product success, drive successful product releases and foster a robust ecosystem
  • Stay informed regarding the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation to shape product strategy
