Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital product management experience
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Decisive, results-driven optimist with a strong sense of urgency
  • Manage product features from beginning to end and work closely with software engineers in agile product development
  • Experience translating business needs into technical solutions that solve important needs and challenges of B2B customers
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively when dealing with different stakeholders in order to contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Experience collaborating with external partners and developing relationships with anchor/reference customers

Responsibilities

  • Working in one of our product squads, building products to support business growth
  • Being responsible for supporting partnerships, defining your product's vision, strategy, and roadmap execution, launching those products in the market
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, business development, operations, design, and engineering
  • Understanding in great detail your customer's pain points, executing your product's vision, strategy, and roadmap to better address those points, and generate value for the business
  • Working with multiple opportunities from discovery to delivery and launch, including defining go-to-market strategies that aligned with the defined vision and strategy
  • Communicate status and challenges to upper management and across to stakeholders as you work cross-functionally with other teams to execute features and ensure a cohesive integration across the broader organization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with logistics or financial technology is a plus
