Summary

Join maxRTE, a fast-growing health tech startup, as their first product hire to help scale their product function. You will manage the product roadmap, collaborate with sales and customer success teams, manage client-specific software configurations, bridge the gap between clients and the engineering team, and monitor the performance of implemented solutions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably within healthcare software, and a proven track record of managing complex client implementations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, such as product management or implementation, preferably within healthcare software. Experience with EHRs, such as Epic, is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of managing complex client implementations and delivering customized solutions
  • Strong technical acumen to effectively communicate with engineering teams and contribute to solution design; basic UI/UX skills are a plus
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and scope technical and functional improvements
  • Passion for solving critical challenges in healthcare and delivering solutions that drive revenue and boost client retention

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product roadmap, ensuring the engineering team meets roadmap milestones and adjusting priorities to balance short-term delivery and long-term strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand requirements and ensure product build and design aligns with client objectives
  • Manage and troubleshoot ongoing client-specific software configurations, adapting solutions as needs evolve
  • Bridge the gap between clients and the engineering team by identifying, defining, and scoping tasks to proactively identify issues before the client
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, recommending and driving improvements
