Requirements

  • Perform simple to moderately difficult tasks independently, supporting seasoned peers and management on more complex aspects
  • Work on problems of moderate scope, often varied and routine, requiring a review of various factors
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems
  • Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities

  • Maximize the output of the development team within a scrum framework to ensure the product's success
  • Drive product roadmap prioritization, clearly express product backlog items, order items to best achieve goals, and optimize the value of the team's work
  • Participate in stand-up meetings, lead sprint planning, and facilitate product demos
  • Analyze user data and market data to identify product opportunities
  • Understand user and customer needs, working across departments to bring the product to life and communicate the voice of the customer
